Week 53  Weight lost this week: –1 Weight loss in total 42.5 lbs

Happy to report I lost the pound I gained last week!  Still strug­gling with track­ing and snack­ing but as long as the losses, how­ever small, mount up I shouldn’t com­plain.  This week I tried another new recipe. Herby salmon frit­tata. It was deli­cious and one the whole fam­ily enjoyed. As with most of the recipes I might tweak this one a lit­tle bit.  I think I might slice the pota­toes a bit thin­ner and maybe use less of them. Still I felt totally right­eous eat­ing some­thing so healthy AND deli­cious.  It tasted even bet­ter the next day chilled.

I’m expect­ing a gain next week as I have a pretty social week­end com­ing up. Fin­gers crossed I can “bank” some points dur­ing the week.
