Goodness this girl loves apricots. This afternoon we headed over to Chorlton Water Park for the first time this year. It was a bit blustery w/ the wind whipping off the lake but so bright and sunny. I need to find out the distance around the lake, it would be a great place to walk/run. I find that I need to get out and do something every day, if I don’t I get all kinds of psychologically screwed up. We were only out for a couple of hours but it did wonders. At one point Squidge wanted to stop and have her picnic, consisting of dried apricots and a banana, so we found a bench. Would you like an apricot?

I like apricots as well. Specially fresh juicy ones. The grow the, in the Langkloof and Klein Karoo in the Southern and Western Cape, so not too far away from us.
