Pub lunch

So it’s been rain­ing here in Man­ches­ter for what seems like weeks. It’s been grey and dreary and just plain mis­er­able. Today I met a cou­ple of friends for lunch. It was very very nice. We went to a local pub, the food was good and the kids behaved. B gave me a birth­day present, she shouldn’t have but I’m happy she did. A book!! Like crack to a crack ‘ho!! I’ve been flip­ping through it all after­noon! I don’t have any new pho­tos– Sorry Titia Lil­liana!! Here’s a pho­tos from last week– she’s try­ing to grab my lap­top. Don’t you love the deter­mined look on her face? She’s still not walk­ing. She’s ooooh so very close but still hasn’t con­nected the dots. She can walk but when I call her she just drops to the floor and crawls over. One day she’ll fig­ure out she can come by walk­ing instead of crawl­ing. She has a lit­tle bit of a runny nose but over all is doing pretty good. Lots and lots of smil­ing. Lots and lots of bounc­ing and jump­ing. She’s now ‘danc­ing’ when she watches CBee­bies. She just makes me laugh most days– not too shabby a life I don’t think.
