Found this on CNN…too funny. Better them than me is all I have to say.
Oh and Squidge has a new tooth. I’ll try to get a photo of it later. Did some work outside today. I finally got rid of the dead plants in my hanging baskets and replaced them w/ yellow petunias and lavender colored daisies. I also replaced the flowers in the large pots I have on either side of the front door w/ some lavender, yellow daisies and a yellow flower of unknown origin… photos to follow soon.
While I was gardening I decided I should finally drill holes in the bottom of the large pots. The last plants died because they were water logged. So out came the drill and as I was drilling holes Squidge had a fit. I scared her senseless. The poor thing took about an hour to calm down. I’m not exaggerating here! She wanted a cuddle and was just sobbing and trying to catch her breath. Poor thing! I called my mom and put the phone on speaker. The ringing of the phone set her off again and she started sobbing. I thought I had done some serious damage and that she would start to cry at any loud noise. Thankfully all was forgotten once the Tellytubbies came on. She was standing on her own and jumping up and down w/ excitement!
I wonder why it was so scary? Poor thing!
Thank goodness for the curing powers of television!
Poor little thing. Maybe she was just tired and easily aggrivated by the noise?
As for the other story. That was just disgusting! How do you forget that you have bats in your attic? Especially when told that they are breeding?!!?! Wouldn’t you be a little curious at the least? Insurance isn’t going to cover it because they don’t like to cover ANY loss, & the homeowners were warned of the issue and then “forgot”. Any way, my 2 cents. (No “cents” symbol on my keyboard.…never noticed before)
