tiny happy shoul­der bag– done that!!  Well almost done, I just need to top-stitch around the top of the bag.   It’s also a bit smaller than I wanted to be.  I had MANY a mishap while mak­ing the bag.  That’s what you get when you’re try­ing to keep an eye one an 11 month old who just (yes­ter­day) fig­ured out she could walk.  I sewed the entire inner lin­ing together and had to undo it all (except for the bot­tom, I just trimmed it off which is why it’s smaller). for­got to leave an open seam for turn­ing. sewed the strap to the body of the bag… do I need to go on??

High Noon!!

I found out yes­ter­day that my aunt Lil­iana checks my blog every­day when she has lunch. She gets very very depressed and dis­gusted w/ me when I haven’t posted any Squidge pho­tos. Now I know that loads of peo­ple (espe­cially Madrinha Maryann) also check this blog reg­u­larly. The dif­fer­ence is my aunt is ADDICTED– she’s a Squidgeho!! The pres­sure is on to have an update by noon EST!

I bought a pat­tern the other day–esmedresspattern.jpg .  Do you see the word EASY up on the top?  I open up the fine tis­sue paper pat­tern and I quake with fear.
